Federal Realty (West) collects Personal Information, such as your email address, name, address, or telephone number based on your communications with us including submission of forms on the California Property Sites and communications via email, telephone call, and other electronic messages.
At certain locations, Federal Realty (West) utilizes Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) to collect license plate numbers of visitors who use the parking services. Federal Realty (West) uses this information to facilitate payments for parking and to identify the number of parking spaces available. When you visit our California Property Sites, we collect information about you through your browser, computer hardware and software.
